but still halfway up f/t so not too bad
bubbled 7th in 1 euro holdem too (turbo that is)
so at least my form and results are improving

well your going deep m8, thats what matters, all it takes from there is a bit of running good / luck / good cards, plus the practice can only improve your future final table performances!

20 and 30 man stts are a great place to practice your late game or keep it sharp, as although these start 10 handed you get 2 or 3 lots of short handed play ( 22-21 and 13-11 left are 7/6/5 handed) fairly quickly, compared to 4 or 5 hrs into an mtt!

These are also much lower variance than mtts, and mixing in some of these into your schedule can help cut out some swingsm whilst still being enough for 1st compared to a 10 man stt to keep you interested

If you fancy a quicker blast, a good option is 18 man 6 seat stts on ipoker, which have turbo blinds, but give 3 lots of 3/4 handed play

thanks a lot for advice rick.
used to play 20 seat mtts a lot but as work gets longer poker gets shorter...
arrive home at 6.45pm poker till 1am then up 4 work at 6am
only time to fit a few tourneys in therefore.
will experiment with my schedule on future weeks off i think
