Chip and a chair fella! 12k is soon 100k with a run of good cards (I know that's easier said than done!). PLay your game, get them in in some good spots and build it back up.

Thanks to your support of me btw my game has improved no-end and I've just had one of the best nights (results-wise not cash-wise) of my life.

I was doing well in the stars $100 hilo (6K) and OK in full tile (5K) and bad in the $4 hilo on stars (1k). With this I've also got 8k on ipoker.

5 mins later and I'm out of the $4 stars and full tilt and I'm down to 2k on the biggy on stars!

ARGH - should've gone for a beer and missed the hands!

Muffed as per usual in the stars one out 23rd.

Currently on the FT of the ipoker hilo!

EDIT - Finished 5th for $120. Oh well, always the next time. Gl all over the weekend, I'm away on my stag do

Please can you all be as honest as possible. I'm quite calm and can only put that down to the fact I think I deserved to lose! I've been taking a break but decided to play again tonight.

My overal conclusion is that I'm chasing the results because of the pressure of the buy in and letting my sponsor down. Any thoughts?

I dont think theres much value in raising from 2nd pos with 23510 ds, you want a multiway pot with this kind of hand, I'd rather limp. I'd happily call a raise in late pos with 3 wheel cards, or limp ep and call small raise, but raising ep chances are you're going to be playing a larger pot oop.

Once you've been reraised, I think I'd just give it up pre flop - assuming its a frzout. There's a guy behind who might decide to reraise, plus i dont really want to put 1/10th of my stack in without an A or 4 cards below 7.

Without an ace your chances of flopping a nut draw are slim. I dont want to be getting all my stack in with a drawing hand if its non nut. change the 10 to a suited ace, and fair enough, obv.

The flop is reasonable, and you'd be very unlucky to be in big trouble, but I dont think you need to be playing a pot where an oppo can bet 1k+ on the flop with 23510 when the bb is 30.
