Quality rivers...

Played a few mtts today, including a 300 odd runner $10 rebuy.

With 16 left i was sitting about 3rd/4th on a nice healthy stack, when a short-ish stack pushes my bb of AA. His AQ rivers a straight. not too bad tho, only 1/4 of my stack gone.

5 mins later i pick up QQ, loose player raises, and i shove him, he thinks for a while then calls, his 99 picks up a set on the river, and now im short.

1 Lap later and im down to 14k, bb is 3k. Folded to my button and I've got

I shove, bb tanks but calls off the 11k from his 30k stack with

Im quite happy with it, a standard 60/40 to get back into the tourn hopefully.

Flop comes .....cmon the clubs!

Turn brings a lovely looking

River brings a not so nice and i'm gone in 12th lol.

Not the biggest pot, the QQ was huge in comparison, but a far more interesting beat lol.

i think the last hand should be a split pot.
cos if u work together using both plrs cards u could make a 6 card royal.
