    My #1 post Smile

Im not a fan of cash games usually, but tonight I thought I'd have a dabble (only low stakes!)

A/A utg, nightmare cash hand; how do you think I played it? Good play or was it always going to be the case?

hi , and welcome to the forum! Smile

    nh.

played it ok, but as you say, might of always been the case, with AA v AK.

one thing i will mention tho is that the size of your reraise allowed pesukarhu to see a cheap flop.

for the sake of the extra $0.50 from pesukarhu id of rather had the pot heads up AA v Ak going into the flop, not giving someone else a chance to muff you both.

Turned out ok anyway, but you never know. You should of won $0.50 less with far less risk.

    Hi and welcome

I dont play micro so not sure what line people take with there raises but i certainly don't like to limp UTG with Aces, it is just about the worst pos to have them IMO but limping will only bring a world of pain long term.

Would have run my std standard 2.5xbb raise, but the hand worked out well for you so nice one.

But theres nothing worse than limping with AA to have to fold or get them crushed to something like 92o on a 9,2,J,5,Q board

to be honest it seems like you are doing little wrong, they are just cooler situatione which happen every day, sometimes they just pile up, my best advice is to take a few days off and come back fresh when the tables are a bit kinder to you.
