My 1st ever experience of going to a casino for a tournament

It was a £10 freezeout with 70 runners
Played very tight and won a few races in the process, very nervy once the flop came down but felt i did ok.

My play really struggled though when it was SB vs BB, really played very passively and felt i let myself down in those spots.

It came down to 11 left on the bubble, i had around 20K in chips and sitting around 10th place when i was on the button with QKo facing a MP minraise from a avg stacked player that was very loose,
    blinds were 2/4K

I shoved all in which left him calling around 10-12K (cant remember exact chip count) He announces that he was just trying to steal the blinds with nothing and then....
    He calls................ T2s
The whole table with mouths wide open and me sitting there spitting out the words... T FKIN 2??????
    flop... 2 K T
    turn T........ and im dead!!!!

Unfkinvbelievable lol, not sure what to make of my 1st experience but for £10 the winner got £220 and to go through all of that to be still called by an idiot leaves me wondering on if i should just stick to the comfort of my leather chair at home online???????????????

Maybe saving some money for bigger events where the hard work is more rewarded then i might consider going to a live event, really not sure!!

Was this an auto call for the player after my shove in this spot??

hey hey traps, n1, hope you enjoyed yourself apart from the ending!

Not sure whether that was an auto call for the raiser... it depends entirely on his stack, which you only say was average.

When youre not very confident, blind on blind is the hardest part of the game to play. You end up being passive and playing more flops, which is not a good plan if youre not feeling very confident playing them. Try a more raise or fold kind of attitude, and youll probably feel a bit more in control.

Oh and by the way, you werent dead on the turn... a K would of given you the better house, tho thts obv no consolation lol.
