I find using a free programme called snapashot http://nicekit.com/screen-capture/best-free-snapshot.htm
is better than the ctrl alt prnt scn option, as it allows you to capture any chosen area of the screen and save it as any type file you want in seconds with no hassle cutting and pasting etc.

Next post should be an example screenshot of the programme and how to capture a screenshot.

When you choose the option to grab selected image use the mouse pointer to choose the area and choose save as whatever, and choose the file type to save it as probably jpeg.

When you are posting a message on here and you want to add an image click on the wee box 3rd from right at the top (host an image)
choose file and select the image you want. (makes it easy if its on the desktop)
    then click host it.
    this appears:

    screenshots Screen14

highlight the area highlighted in the above image and right click on it and copy.
All you have to do now is right click on your message window and paste it.

I look forward to seeing my roi with baited breath.
