ADVICE APPRECIATED, I DABLE IN HI/LOW CASH BUT NOT PLAYED A LOT OF TOURNIES!

BUT I AM A BIT PEED OF WITH THIS 1!

in a tournament id never reraise preflop early or middle stages without either

a. AA plus a wheel card
b. A2 plus preferably 2 wheel cards, or mbe 6/7 and one.
c. A2KK

you may find you get your aa muffed a bit more, but you wont go out of tourns as often. Youd of never lost your stack here if u flat call pre.

in the case of AA without a wheel card, its because you find yourself in lots of situations like this one - a flop like this one where you might be ahead, but have no low draw whatsoever for back up.

in this case, on the flop assuming ive done your reraise pre, i dont want to get all my chips in really, AA and a gutshot just isnt good enough. Id bet half pot or less, and fold to a reraise, and shutdown to a call. If called and board paired i may bet again for value out of low chaser. But i dont want all my chips in pot unless ive hit A or 10 on turn or river.

AA with no low cards just isnt that great in this game.

Fair enuf you got uber muffed here. But if you happened to have flat called with A388 or something huge-hit, he is still gonna stack off to you. Theres plenty of better oppurtunities in hilo.
