Hi all, just a theoretical question, in a game of 8 seated 7 card stud, what happens if nobody folds? there's potentail 56 cards needed?

    hehe an interesting question!

This bugged me when i first played, so found 7 m8s and we all played a 7card stud stt. First hand we all limped in for the bring in, and then checked it down all the way...

Low and behold instead of dealing everyone a 7th card, it deals one to the centre of the board, face up, and all players can use this card in their hand! Ive never seen it in a real game situation tho, and i've played a lot of tournaments, tho its definitely more likely in a fixed cash game.

Have decided to play the 7cs on Laddies.

Wonder if I could get them to check a pot down and see the last card as explained here?

Somehow I doubt it. Rolling Eyes

    Freaky or what?

Sit down at the table and find myself with shatos 2 places to me left.

    Don't fancy me chances much.

Best piece of stud advice - pay attention! Make sure you know whats been folded face up, and think how your own face up cards look to your opponent!

15 left and still in first.

Can we start a new thread to decide what I should do with the $30 if I win?
