    MTT effort Empty MTT effort

Post  khenny Mon Oct 05, 2009 4:42 am

Have decided that after playing stt's and HU for a while with a little cash also I'm going back to my roots so to speak.

I always enjoyed a fair degree of success playing MTT's and think that is where my efforts should focus themselves over the next few weeks.

Never been truly happy playing any other form of poker and while I have been having some success in the events I mentioned earlier I still hanker after the thrill of the MTT.

    Fingers crossed.

    rock on

Gl with it mate. Better to play and enjoy what ya doing than play a game that will sicken ya.

Personally i hate cash so much it hurts and yet that is where i started playing poker and built the first of many rolls. STT i can do for a month or 2 but not single table one's. Monotonous after a while tho. MTT too is my true love but a bad spell there see's me retreat to the STT again.

Great comeback Kenny, 5th out of 138 in 500 Guaranteed Omaha (the game you hate lol!) Then 3rd out of 150 in the 1.5k Guaranteed 2nd chance, lovely jubbly!

Much better than my meagre efforts tonight, as you know my kings smashed up on the river by a set of jacks, harsh!

    Very well played mate!!

It was definitely the time factor with me m8. I find myself now with a good bit more time to devote to the game and so I'll be playing the long game more.

Having said that my back is killing me at the moment so I may not be playing as much this week as I thought I would.

    thankyou
