whilst on the on ft today with 6 left there was a problem storing hand histories,i was invovled in a hands worth 120k,which i won,but no chips were added to my stack,this happend for about 10 hands maybe more,before the problem was sorted,i have e mailed laddie waiting on reply,but not happy tbh,i ended up going out 5th when i should been massive chippy,
what are your opions on this plz

It was a joke m8, but i expect laddies comments to be that of, well the hands froze for all players so it ended up fair at the end of the day, the annoying thing is that he went on to win the game, when he should of being out on that hand with you.

All id want from laddies and been realistic is the buy in fee recredited and possibly topped up to 1st place for all on the ft.

You have annoyed Ladbrokes and they are punishing you.

very bad luck hoooders,

i had something similar some time ago where the game crashed on the ft, they paid out the placings as they were, when it crashed.
lucky for me, i was chippy by about 200 chips at the time


they should pay you out for 1st if it's their software failure.

been on phone this morning they looking into it,had to give torny id ect,not on really imagine this FT 100k,
