Why they are not arrested is beyond me.

They should not be allowed on the streets in the first place and as soon as they are they should be arrested, asked where their allegiance lies and then promptly deported to that country with one piece of hand luggage.

Everything else they have can stay here and be sold off with the profits going to various charities.
