Whats the best way you find to counter a bad streak?

I find a break always helps me but you can also play through the bad spell. How do you minimise your losses during this inevitable spell?

    Hi m8

would be interested to hear other ideas. But for me its about why I'm running bad.

If my game is ok i try not to worry and stick in there until results improve. Again, taking a long term view of P&L is very helpful especially when mainly playing MTT - different I guess for cash players.

If my game has slipped i try taking a break and refocussing. Rick had a good idea which is to switch to micro stakes and play irratically until you have got whatever it is out of your system.
