There's not a whole hell of a lot you can do m8! I would recommend taking a break for a while though. Sometimes just switching off comp and watching T.V. for an hour or so can help. It's just part of the game. Swings can be devastating and can lead to even worse results if you don't react to them properly.
Everybody tilts at some time (even if they say they don't) and when you are on a bad run of outdraws etc then that'll be when the tilting kicks in and exacerbates the bad run!
Bankroll management is key. If you are playing at the correct levels for your roll then swings wont affect your play because it is after all what you
expect to happen! It's something I struggle with also and if I am being honest I have got myself into trouble on more than one occasion by playing outwith where my bankroll allows. It's something I am working on all the time and am currently being very strict on a couple of sites to stay within the roll limits. The main problem in sticking to your bankroll limits is that although you may feel more than comfortable at perhaps 3, 4 or more levels above where you're roll dictates you must play the swings will kill you if you do not stay within the proper levels.
I'm sure I've posted this article before but it's worth doing again because I know I need to read it on a regular basis!!
