And about time too! I have been abusing muppets for a living on Laddies at the stt tables and even when pkr mngrs turn up and I tell them to bite me or blow me, they simply turn the other cheek after dishing out warnings agogo.

At last I am now suitably banned and can concentrate on me game!!

There's a load off!!

Some of us simply do not have the urge to abuse faceless players we will never likely meet because they got lucky against us or are simply playing badly/new to the game. A good few players are more than comfortable with their game and do not need to compensate by tilting the opposition into making mistakes.

I can only assume some players are just keyboard warriors who are a little insecure about their own ability.

well, im always polite and friendly when it comes to chat....... ( in normal circum )

until someone slags me off, then i cant help but defend myself against some p.c. hardman

then i get mad and it all goes tits up.

for e.g.
i was on laddies about a week ago. saw a buddy at a ft and went and wished him gl, and some other monkey at the ft had a right go.

i was gonna say gl then go to bed as it was about 2.30am

lets just say 40mins later i got him to type in his phone number ( i lived in the same county as him ) and offer to meet him, he chit his pants when i phone him.

i can't just turn off my chat and let someone slag me off, it just really gets to me and i turn it back on again.

p.s. im 6ft 5ins and 19 stone and dont feel i need to take it up the arse from anyone

Not sure i agree about the keyboard warriors / insecure about their own game thing Mr Bainn... I myself like a good argument/rant on the table, I just never go down the gay/paedo/"your ma" kind of insult level, and try and have a bit of a laff instead of just being abusive. Also Evo and khenny are both not short of a comeback or 2, but are both quality geezers of the highest order

chat however used is a good thing regardless of the way it is used. Its really funny to watch people go at it be it banter, abusive, intelligent, up its own arse, illegal or childish.

chat bans and warnings are like livin in a nanny state - we are all over 18 after all!

The community on laddies is much better than on other sites where chat is almost non existant.
