Yes, and quite easily at that.
There should be an icon above the box you type your message in that when clicked, inserts the correct tags in your post and then you insert the url of the picture.
or
(No spaces between tags and url when you type it)

Just tried to find the option to add an "Attachment" to a post but did not find one. Maybe I did not see it due to my mobiles browser.

that i will do when i suss it out. there is a host button that browses my pics and i think creates a url but im lost after that. no more fat ones

Like I mentioned earlier, above the text box for your posts is an icon with a pic on it, click this to insert the required tags to make the pic visible in your post and insert the url from the hosting server -
