posting problem

I seem to have pressed something which makes my text look like its in a different format when i'm writing a post.

Also it has made my pictures display in the box when im writing the new thread or reply.

Any ideas how to get it back to normal ?

i think that sounds like the last button on the bottom row, the one that looks like a little A and a big A. hit it again and it should go back to normal
