once you have the pic on your computer, it's fairly easy.
Above the "posting window" where you type your message, you have a load of buttons - 2nd row 3rd from left is "Host an image" - hit this, find your image on comp with browse, then hit host it. This will give you a URL for the picture. (The third thing it gives you) - copy this.
The next button along is "Insert image" - hit this and paste your image URL into the box... and voila, pic inserted
Host image also has a couple of options for resizing your pic if it doesnt fit very well
