Re: Razz
It's the exact opposite of seven card stud.
In 7-Stud, lowest card showing makes bring in, and from then on highest hand showing acts first.
In Razz, Highest card showing makes bring in, and on every round after the lowest hand showing acts first.
If theres any peeps with same card(s) showing, then its done alphabetically by suit to decide.

Thanks
Hi Rick,...........take a 8seat game 5 ppl fold on flop.........3open players ....is it highest card from those 3 players showing or highest card from the 8 players.
A guy lastnight said it goes off the first dealt card of all players ie highest which I thought myself to be a bit strange.

Re: Razz
playing razz... To begin the player with the highest card showing makes the forced bring in. Play then proceeds to the players left.
After the 4th card is dealt, the player who has the lowest hand showing acts first. This doesnt include folded hands, since obv only someone who hasnt folded can act first. Play then proceeds to the players left.
On all subsequent rounds the player with the lowest hand showing acts first.

I have stated elsewhere that Razz is a game no doubt invented by a Frenchman and all right thinking English people should shun it for the pariah it is.

Your subtle attempt at sarcasm may have worked better if I had perhaps posted the words -
"...all Intelligent & rational thinking english people..."*
If I was to specific to heathen lands north of Hadrian's wall -
"...all those higher educated Scotsmen who have achieved the ability to use a lever..."
* = A tall order in todays society. Sigh.

Not your best effort m8 but do keep trying. One day you will (perhaps accidentally) stumble upon humour.

I don't particularly give a lot of credence to anything you tend to type m8 but I do believe you should be kept around.
It's kinda like if you weren't here it would be like having a village with no idiot.
