Just another typical Ladbrokes half hearted and under skilled approach at business, they treat there clients with contempt and stupidity yet they fail to realise as poker players we can live without them but they cant do without us.

To me they are just a supplier like any other business and the latest round of rushed, and mangled cobble up of software reminds me why I hardly play there, and it's certainly there loss and not mine.

There software engineers obviously served there apprenticeship at the same place as the millennium bridge designers did "Bodgeit, Hackit & Scarper" who produce things that look good, cost to much and never work !

    lol

whats the depositing problem? Cant transfer funds or cant depo?

And yeah, chat bans are a bit more common on microgaming, was playing a final table last night, someone called someone a muppet, and a PM was there a min later giving him a warning lol.

Quite liking the new selection of tournies tho cheers

Already got a chat ban all controlled by the network now the laddies pms are out of the loop. If they wanted to kill the so called community they have succeeded cant even give out an email address without getting warned.

yh with the switch over being late and not on time they tried to get money in their accounts and were told it coulndt be done as there was a glitch. they even had money in their sports accounts at the time and asked if that could be transfered into poker but also were refused on this option. can you do this on laddies? i know its standard on any other bookmaker/betting shop poker site

the whole site is and has become the laughing stock of the poker world.

They must have read "How to improve your business & keep clients happy" by Gerald Ratner
