Life saving info

I was recently in a situation where first aid was required by someone in our company on a night out. Unfortunately I could do nothing to help but happily someone there was skilled in that direction.

Having never done a first aid course I was pleased to find that there are clips of life saving information available on the internet.

Everyone should take the time to check this out as it could help save a loved one in an emergency.

back to your story yes indeed everybody should at least do the basic medical course it is more helpful than you might think and in some instances can quite simply save a life and you would be surprised in a situation how everything kicks in and you end up doing whats needed without even thinking
