So you have the nuts with top set. but if the board pairs then someone has quads, someone has the other 10, and if it doesnt pair, then someone has a str8 or flush. you dont even need the heart draw covered as someone will always make a str8 on unpaired river.

You could probably do it with one less person tho i think.
